Glacier: Top 100 from 2016

January 06, 2017  •  14 Comments

Hey everyone! Things have been pretty hectic these past few months but I finally found some time to sit down and share some photos. I just finished my first week of work in my new job and my feet are a little sore from our hike yesterday, a perfect time to write my last blog with photos from Glacier. This last year was awesome. I couldn't have planned it better. We had an awesome group of people to ski, bike, hike, camp, climb, boat, and hang out throughout the year all over the park. I will definitely miss the area and the community of people. I suspect that I will be back again in the near future, but until then I look forward to seeing the park through the eyes of all the people I have met these past two years.

Here are a few of the highlights of Glacier from 2016. I hope you enjoy!

So after I saw galcier post those awesome updates from ranger Jake on Instagram I knew you must have a blog! And also I knew we'd have to be friends! What a coincidence to run into your pictures today! They're magical! Maybe one of these days we will get to work together, I am a ranger at Theodore Roosevelt NP, but hopefully will settle into Yellowstone next winter!
Anyway thanks for sharing some incredible pictures, I know now that Glacier is top 3 on my list of work destinations!
Best of luck!

Stunning as always, thank you so much for your beautiful photography, just reminds me how much I miss Montana. It's sad to see so much snow and ice gone.

Thank you for sharing this majestic area of the Montana and the country. As a young child and through my life I have
experienced Glacier's jaw-dropping beauty...Her skirts of ice and snow slowly decreasing ...and she remains a diamond
In the rough...thank you for revealing her sensitive, stunning environment...forever a model of God's work...!!! Your photography soothes our weary hearts!... and challenges us to protect and preserve our most precious environment!
